Let's talk about... Culture Change

In the beginning we had an idea: We wanted to design a new workshop format for experts in HR and organizational development that brings real value to them. A workshop where participants could discuss openly and honestly about experiences, failures and learnings.

We conducted a survey among the target group to find out how we could provide this real value to them. 

The workshop format "Let's talk about..." was born!

In the centre of the workshop are YOU - your ideas, your epxeriences, your learnings.

  • A small group of experienced professionals within HR and organizational development
  • Participants decide about the topics and projects being discussed
  • No theoretical input, BUT real experiences from other business professionals

Take the chance to get ideas and inspiration from other managers for your own ongoing or upcoming projects!

The topic of the next "Let's talk about..." workshop is: Culture Change!

What can you expect on this day?

  • Participants are invited to share their “best”- and “worst”-practice projects within the topic of "culture change"
  • You decide which projects are most interesting for you
  • Selected projects are discussed in group works using a modified Design-Thinking approach

The workshop "Let's talk about..." lives from the openness of the participants to share difficult and succesfull projects from their own work context, as well as support others in ongoing challenges with their own ideas and inputs.

Target group & prerequisite for participation:

1. You are currently working within HR, Organizational Development or are in another context responsible for change projects in your company or organization

2. You are ready to share own projects (successes, failures and ongoing projects)

3. You are interested in giving and receiving input and ideas from other participants

We will take pictures/videos during the event. These will be used in our online and offline communication activities.

For one day we had the opportunity to discuss and reflect HR topics, which are currently on our agenda, in a very productive and pleasant environment with HR experts from other companies. At the same time, we were able to test the Design Thinking method and actively “network”. I value the exchange with other companies and felt that day was personally very enriching!

The diversity of the participants was extremely refreshing. In addition, the format of the workshop inspired me: applied Design Thinking with the right mix of given structure and free space to learn from the others! So I was able to get a good deal ahead with my own challenges.
