Many of our alumni have very international careers, requiring them to cope not only with management tasks but also with the challenge of getting their bearings, both professionally and privately, in cultural environments they are unfamiliar with. Frequently, they have to lead intercultural teams, which may prove difficult, too, or have questions of a more general nature, such as how to reconcile a career change (at home or abroad) with family commitments. That being the case, we are pleased to tell you that we have concluded a cooperation agreement with Atieh International, making it possible for you to discuss these and other career-related questions with their team of consultants. An independent management and strategy consulting company based in Vienna, Atieh International specializes, among other things, in building intercultural competence. Pari Namazie, Managing and Founding Partner of Atieh International, has more than 20 years of experience as an HR consultant and trainer and has assisted numerous individuals and teams in developing their leadership and intercultural awareness skills.
