Biography

In 2010 Sandra Bichl founded Career Angels, an international consultancy that provides career online advice and support for professionals, mainly in Europe. Her virtual, multicultural team of almost 20 people sits across different time zones and works with clients in 7 languages. In her book, Job Hunting Director, she not only describes the job market and its players, but gives an unprecedented insight into the job hunting process from 5 perspectives: the headhunter's, the decision maker's, the network's, the job ad's and the candidate's. It's a blend of practical advice intermingled with real cases that illustrates how to access the hidden job market as well as how to maneuver the labyrinth of the so-called recruitment process.
