Biography
Bodo B. Schlegelmilch is the Founding Dean of the WU Executive Academy, which he headed for many years in the past, and Professor Emeritus of Global Marketing Strategy at WU Vienna. On 1 September 2024, he again assumed the role of the WU Executive Academy’s Dean, a position he will fill for one year. Schlegelmilch’s professional career started with stints at Deutsche Bank and Procter & Gamble, after which he transferred to the Universities of Edinburgh and California, Berkeley. He was a professor at the University of Wales and the Thunderbird School of Global Management and served as the chair of AMBA & BGA, which accredits business schools in some 80 countries around the world.
