Biography
Prof. Dr. Kathrin Köster studied economics, sinology and Japanese studies in Germany, Taiwan and Japan. Her doctorate dealt with organizational change in Japan. As manager of a large Japanese company, she was entrusted with projects in East Asia, Europe and North America. Kathrin Köster has been Professor for Leadership and International Management at Heilbronn University since 2003. For the WU Executive Academy, she designed the short program "Pioneers of the 21st Century". Since 2004, she and her company Köster + Partner have been supporting organizations, teams and executives in the transformation process.
