Global Executive MBA | Bucharest Executive MBA
Applicants must meet the following formal requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor 180 ECTS or equivalent) from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate work experience
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Vienna Executive MBA with Specialization Options
Applicants must meet the following formal requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor 180 ECTS or equivalent) from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate work experience
- Leadership experience preferred

Applicants must meet the following formal requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (no law degree, Bachelor 180 ECTS or equivalent) from a recognized post-secondary institution

Applicants must meet the following formal requirements:
- Proof of general university entrance qualification (Matura, Berufsreifeprüfung) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized domestic or foreign educational institution
- Minimum of 2 years professional work experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken German (language of instruction)
Certificate programs
Applicants must meet the following formal requirements:
Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing & Sales, Public Auditing, Risk & Insurance Management, Tourism & Event Management- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience depending on previous school/academic education
- Completion of an Austrian or EU-approved university or college degree (all fields of study), and/or
- General university entrance qualification (Matura, Berufsreifeprüfung)
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
Health Care Management
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor 180 ECTS or equivalent) from a recognized post-secondary institution or a relevant professional qualification in the health sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate work experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
EMBA | LL.M.

Step 1: Complete online application
You start the online application on our website by sending the first form. Immediately after receiving your data you will receive an e-mail with detailed information for further data entry. If you accidentally delete this e-mail, please contact ea-it-support(at)wu.ac.at.
To complete your online application, you have to pay an application fee via credit card. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Step 2: Check of documents
Please email us all required documents to complete your application. Our team will carefully review your documents to ensure they meet the formal requirements. If we notice any missing documents or incomplete information, we will contact you to request the required documents.
Step 3: Personal interview
We invite suitable applicants to a personal interview with the academic director, program management, and/or alumni to give us a comprehensive picture of their skills and competencies. The interview includes various evaluation methods such as a case study or quiz. We also want to learn what motivates you, what your expectations for the program are, and which goals you want to achieve. This way, we can ensure that we can best meet your needs. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the interview.
Step 4: Admission offer
Shortly after your interview, we will inform you about the decision of the selection committee. In case of a positive decision, you will receive all documents necessary to accept your offer. Once you have signed and returned these documents, you will be required to pay the seat confirmation fee to secure your place in the program.

Before the program begins, you will receive detailed information about the start date and other important details to help you prepare for your studies. If you have any questions or concerns between now and the start of your program, program management will be happy to assist you.
