Company visit in Linz

On June 6, 2016, some 40 MBA students and alumni of the WU Executive Academy traveled to Upper Austria to get behind the scenes of voestalpine AG, an internationally leading steel-based technology and industrial goods group. The students and alumni rode by coach from the WU Executive Academy to voestalpine's headquarters in Linz, where they had the exclusive opportunity to both interact with top executives of the company and take a plant tour.

In order to make it possible for international students to participate in this unique event, a shuttle service was provided from the voestalpine premises to Vienna International Airport, meaning those students who had completed a Vienna-based MBA module the week before were able to catch their flights home without any stress.
