Innovation & Collaboration | Hans Sailer

 I have now been dealing with the topic of innovation for over 20 years - always from a different angle:

- As head of sales at AKM, I introduced digital working for AKM's sales force in 1999

- as an executive assistant at Telekom Austria, I was strategy process manager and thus also responsible for integrating the new TV business into TA's portfolio

- as a management consultant, I received the State Prize for Electromobility in 2011 together with a consortium of management consultants

- I taught innovation management at the New Design University and was Country Manager Austria for several years at the Munich-based innovation agency HYVE. Here I was able to accompany several exciting innovation projects with Erste Bank, ÖBB, ÖVP, RBI,... .

 - In the last 9 years I developed the INNOX Network, which I now lead as owner and community manager.  Here, innovation leaders from large, well-known companies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland learn from and with each other in experience exchange meetings, seminars and innovation trips.

The practical knowledge gained in the INNOX network also benefits the MBA students.

The exchange with the MBA students on current  & practical problem solutions in innovation management can also create exciting experiences for the INNOX Network. Therefore, I appreciate the discussion at eye level and some of the MBA students have also joined the INNOX Network today and share their experiences with other corporate innovation leaders.
