Not only our alumni, but also our students are advancing their careers: the Professional MBA Project Management Student (Class of 2018) Florian Pertl left the MSD Sharp & Dohme GmbH, where he has been working as Senior Cost Engineer until September 2019. Now he took on new responsibilities as Project Development/Bid Manager at STRABAG AG.
For Sandeep Hölzl-Singh, Professional MBA Finance Alumnus (Class of 2011), 2 milestones from private and professional life coincided. In June 2019, an important update of the Tagetik system was due, which hundreds of colleagues needed operational the next day. At the same time, his unborn daughter decided not to wait any longer: Only 3 hours after the last conference call, which gave the green light for the next steps, he held his daughter in his arms. Congratulations!

Global Executive MBA Alumnus (Class 2001) Martin Zinner adds a new entry to his long list of leading positions. After more than 6 years as Chief Financial Officer for Waagner-Biro AG, he took over as Deputy CFO of Vamed Management und Service GmbH in August 2019.

Andrei Vulpescu has spent most of his career with Siemens. First, he was Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting in Germany for almost 3 years, and in October 2019 the Executive MBA Bucharest Alumnus (`2016) moved to Tokyo, Japan, where he is in the Business Administration - Digital Industries Automation department.
Wolfgang Leindecker is a Global Executive MBA alumnus (Class 2007) and has been working for TTTech Group in the field of Industrial Automation and IoT for more than 4 years. Starting August 2019, he has taken on the role of CEO/Member of the Executive Board of TTTech Industrial Automation AG.

International Advisory Board Member Martina Ernst decided to move into self-employment. The Global Executive MBA Alumna (class 2006) an former Head of Human Resources at Erste Bank was on Sabbatical until now - a phase in her life which she calls "Happy time off" - and is now starting her own consulting firm with exclusive focus on salary negotiations: SalaryNegotiations, Earn Your Worth. The Global Executive MBA 2008 Alumnus Christoph Kaipel moved to the German rope and lifting specialist PFEIFER. Since the beginning of this year, he has been heading the globally active business unit “Natural Hazard Solutions”, based in their Swiss subsidiary.
Kaitlyn Chang is a Professional MBA Entrepreneurship & Innovation Alumna (Class 2016) and COO at the creative agency Kobza and The Hungry Eyes - KTHE GmbH. The Professional MBA Marketing & Sales ‘2014 alumnus Artem Seitz took over the position as Global Procurement Manager of Linde AG in March 2018. Prior to that, he was the Strategic Procurement Manager at Linde Welding GmbH.

The Global Executive MBA alumnus (Class ‘2011) Davorin Lempl made his career leap to Managing Director of Gorenje Vertriebs GmbH this summer. This international move brought him from Moscow, where he was the Finance Director of OOO Gorenje BT, to Munich.
