Tamara Kosi

Tamara Kosi is a seasoned legal and business executive with a distinguished career spanning prominent top-tier international corporate law firms (WOLF THEISS, CMS Law Firm, etc.) and multinational corporations (Novartis, etc.) across the DACH, EMEA, and CEE/SEE regions. She is a solution-oriented, fully qualified EU corporate lawyer with a bar exam and excellent business acumen. With expertise in corporate/M&A law, international banking/finance law, project finance, and strategic negotiations, she has successfully led high-stakes transactions, strategic transformations, and financing projects across Europe and beyond. She gained additional leadership experience as an M&A manager/lead in the corporate finance department of an international renewable company in the DACH region. Furthermore, she frequently publishes articles and delivers lectures in her field of expertise and is also an EU reporter for the energy field at the International Federation of EU Law. She holds dual Global Executive MBA degrees from the prestigious Executive Academy of the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Minnesota in the USA.
