What stages in your life have had the greatest impact on you and why?
Graduating from university. During my time at university, I have learned what a business is and how it should be run.

Did you originally want to pursue a career in a different field? If so, why is it that nothing has come of your plans?

Initially, I was considering pursuing a career in a different field (communication and PR), but then I had the chance to start working in the energy sector. Currently, I am planning my future in this domain.

How and why did you come to work for S.C Fora Oil and Gas S.R.L?
I joined S.C Fora Oil and Gas S.R.L in the process of looking for a job. Over time, I have grown increasingly fond of the company and my work.


What has changed in your career as a result of the Executive Energy Expert program? How did the program support you in reaching your career goals?

The course has proved particularly helpful with regard to my master's program (Energy Master). I was able to use a lot of the input for my projects. Career-wise, I guess I will benefit especially from the contacts I have made.


What was your biggest professional/personal success?

Enrolling in a master's program that seems promising in terms of my future professional development

What are your goals for the coming year? Your goals in general? Is there still something you absolutely want to do?

Completing my master's degree.


What was the last book/movie you really enjoyed?
The last book and movie I really enjoyed were, respectively, “The Idiot” and “Modern Times”.

How would you characterize your philosophy of leadership? Has it been influenced by a leadership role model?
A democratic spirit is the hallmark of my philosophy of leadership. You have to trust the people you work with.


How do you recharge your batteries when you are not pursuing your demanding career?
I go mountain biking.

Why would you recommend the Executive Energy Expert of the WU Executive Academy? What did you like the most?

I would recommend the program. What I liked the most about it was that the lecturers were always well prepared.
