First things first: make sure your Company Page is complete. To increase your “searchability”, you need to include all necessary information. According to LinkedIn, pages with complete information get 30% more weekly views – you don’t want to miss out on that! Here a quick checklist: Create a custom URL: just the company name is probably your best bet – it’s easy to memorize and type in manually. It will be the first thing people type in when they want to search for your company. Make a good first impression – take care of the graphics! Make sure that you’ve entered the correct location of your company to avoid any confusion. If you have several office locations, enlist all of them. Don’t forget to fill out the industry, company size, and organization type. All of those increase your searchability and make it more possible for you to reach new audiences. Fill out the description of your company. Let your creative juices flow and use this space to describe the vision, mission, and values of your company. Mention the products and services you offer. Don’t forget to position yourself in the industry and point out clearly what makes your brand different from the others. Don’t get too wordy though – make sure that the text is concise and to the point. Don’t forget to include key words. Use exact industry terminology and all the relevant terms and phrases. This way, search engines will be able to process your Company Page properly.Make Sure Your Company Page Is Complete
Filling out all the information will establish your credibility in the online community and show people that you care about the details. Next time, we’ll show you how to start growing your audience once your page is ready!
