What will you contribute to the MBA “Strategic Project Management”?

Business Agility and agile practices are adopted and used by more and more companies. Each Project Managers should know about agility, what are the touchpoints to project management, where are differences and how the product and project-oriented approach can be combined.
 

Due to my long-term experience in project management and agile way of working I can share my knowledge and hands-on experience with the participants. Bring in the foundations of agile leadership and concepts of agility and offer a perspective which allows to combine the best of project management and agile principles.

Why do you think Strategic Project Management is important?

Using Project management is a way to reach the strategic goals of a company. Strategic project management is more than making and controlling plans it understands the need to have the desired outcome in mind, acts and reacts on changes and handles complexity with appropriate measures. All of these are also principles of Business agility and the foundation of agile practices.
 

Strengthening the awareness, skills and experiences of project managers was and will be a strategic advantage for companies.
