Special Workshop: Children coach Managers

We tailor each of our Special Workshops to the specific needs and requirements of the organization in question and deliver it in collaboration with renowned experts as part of a wider training program or module. By bringing together students and managers, the “Children Coach Managers” workshop also brings together different constructs of reality. Thanks to their straightforwardness, the students naturally provide the managers with completely new perspectives, making them challenge and rethink their own approaches.

Objectives

  • giving participants the chance to familiarize themselves with potential-oriented leadership and think out of the box
  • providing them with an opportunity to challenge their attitudes as well as their ways of thinking and behaving through discussions with the students
  • supporting them in developing their understanding of how to reduce complexity, avoid ambiguities and communicate in clear, easy-to-understand language
  • helping them reflect on, challenge and rethink “entrenched” attitudes, behaviors and (leadership) principles

Instructors

This workshop is delivered in collaboration with the principal of Evangelische Schule Berlin Zentrum (ESBZ) and a group of students between the ages of 12 and 16 for whom the workshop is part of their schoolwork.
