Dirty Innovation | Business Management Workshop in Vienna

Special Workshop: Dirty innovation

We tailor each of our Special Workshops to the specific needs and requirements of the organization in question and deliver it in collaboration with renowned experts as part of a wider training program or module. As executives and managers leave theory behind during the “Dirty Innovation” workshop and literally get their hands dirty in the process of developing real-world business models, one thing becomes clear: You cannot make a difference unless you get out of your comfort zone and roll up your sleeves.

Objectives

  • providing participants with an opportunity to get to know the new logic of innovation and how to apply it
  • equipping them with a methodological toolkit for finding new business and innovation ideas, developing them and evaluating their potential for success
  • helping them develop a new mindset for handling open-ended projects by enhancing their understanding of how to efficiently structure, organize and manage this kind of project

Instructors

This workshop, developed in collaboration with Thomas Funke and Thorsten Lambertus, is delivered using a co-facilitation approach.
