Pimp my Boss | Agile Team Development Workshop

Special Workshop: Pimp my Boss

Shape team development in an agile way

We tailor each of our Special Workshops to the specific needs and requirements of the organization in question and deliver it in collaboration with renowned experts as part of a wider training program or module.

In a complex world like the one we are currently facing, leaders are increasingly challenged. The pressure to perform is growing, demands are constantly changing, and change, crises and new strategies have become daily circuit training. However, it is becoming increasingly important that managers work with their staff in a highly productive way, because without the teams, change processes cannot succeed.

It is therefore important to strengthen people and teams and to develop together in order to be able to meet future challenges.

Benefits

Together with their managers, the participants of the special workshop Pimp my Boss use the method of Design Thinking, which is already often used in agile processes. In three phases, they go through a team development process together with the aim of changing the behavior of the manager in everyday situations so that the team becomes more effective and makes further progress. It is about working as a team on what is needed to achieve better results.

  • Experience-oriented change of perspective
  • Leaving the comfort zone
  • Questioning of seemingly true facts

Phases

In the special workshop Pimp my Boss, we go through the Design Thinking process as a team. This consists of 3 important phases, which are professionally accompanied by our lecturers.

  • Phase 1: Preparation and survey (online)

  • Phase 2: Creative workshop with prototype (up to 1 day)

  • Phase 3: Testing and changing (sprint in 4 weeks)
